New Narutard Banner

I guess this would be the best place to put it... If an Admin ever comes on to see this, how about we put up a ... contest thingy to pick a new banner. The currrent one is horrible to put it bluntly.

We need to rebuild eventually if we want a forum to be active.

Or talk to our Forum friends from other forums.

Imma gonna nominate someone to try to revive the forum.
