Umm...... Have you ever thought he was Uchiha Madara?
He did say Madara Uchiha and he could've used the same jutsu Sasori used to make him look like he never aged a day.
The picture of Tobi has his right eye intact and that eye has mangekyou sharingan..... Tobi never obtained the mangekyou sharingan and the only known Uchiha besides Itachi that has mangekyou sharingan is Madara Uchiha.

There is no proof that Tobi is a certain Uchiha. Not yet. And Mange isn't what Tobi had in that pic. It was LV 3 Sharingan. My guess..... It's not an Uchiha.
