WWE tell the superstars what things to include, like finishers, endings, and beginnings.

the middle bit is usually left up to the wrestlers, but occasionally may be told to include a certain thing (like a referee bump)

people really get injured, and there is no avoiding that. punches ect aren't real, but things like superplexes are real in that that hurt, and cant avoid that, but the superstars do look after their opponent, and if they didn't, would be in Vince's bad books, not to mention the superstars bad books. The blood isnt real.
