clan making

any member with a certain amount of post and enough respect can make their own clan. For example i want to make a clan called Narutard Elite. so I would put it in the section and the admins can vote for it to be accepted or to be declined

Spam is not tolerated in all forums except the spam section. The only spam you can't do in the spam section is double post.

but ban is too strong for spamming, its not worth that much

how 'bout a guest area?

for browsers that dont wnt to join, or an alternate chatbox. but have it as "topics" that doesnt count towards the post number.

how about adding a rule to anime match ups so they have to be even remotely a contest.

More usergroups like clans to seperate people by groups and each group has a moderator/leader or we and each group has a forum.

The groups could be:

Genjutsu
Taijutsu
Ninjutsu

Or something like that. Probably shouldn't use clan names because we all know over 60% of our members would want to join the Uchiha group.
